On 13 February 2023, NXPO led by Dr. Chalothorn Boonlua, Director of Strategic Policy Division and Dr. Charnwit Udomsakdigool, Senior Policy Specialist and the Committee on National Security, Border Affairs, National Strategy, and National Reform of the parliament attended a meeting to exchange viewpoints on the management of agricultural drone in Thailand with the public and private organizations. The meeting took place at the headquarters of Easy (2018) Company Limited, a manufacturer of agricultural drones under the brand NAcDrone.

The meeting was opened by Mr. Manoon Sivapiromrat, Chairman of the Committee on National Security, Border Affairs, National Strategy, and National Reform. Presentations in the meeting included 1) Development of Agricultural Drone by Easy (2018) Company Limited, 2) Drone Development and Drone Pilot Training Program by Systronics Company Limited, 3) Collaboration on Agricultural Drone between Kasetsart Universoty and Easy (2018), 4) Development of Drone Ecosystem by Defence Technology Institute, and 5) Drone Pilot Academy by Suranaree University of Technology. 

In addition to presentations, each organization was asked to identify pain points of drone industry and provide suggestions on public policy to promote this industry. The meeting was also attended by multinational drone manufacturers and representatives from the US Embassy. 

Following the meeting, participants were given a tour to a drone control room of the company, and live demonstrations of agricultural drone, delivery drone, emergency-response drone and survey drone.
