วันที่เผยแพร่ 3 November 2022

NXPO and Iris Consulting Company Limited, a developer of BrighterBee Solution, signed an agreement to develop BrighterBee Talent Solution Platform on 31 October 2022. The signing was executed by NXPO President Dr. Kitipong Promwong and Iris Consulting Managing Director Ms. Pensuda Laosiripojana.

Presided over the signing was Prof. Anek Laothamatas, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). He remarked that this initiative will strengthen talent development and management to meet the demands of businesses and industry. The digital platform has over 250 online courses with a 2 million-user capacity available at free of charge to students to develop both hard skill and soft skill. It is suitable for college students and workers looking to improve their skill and competency level for better employment opportunities, as well as serves as a tool for Thailand to develop skilled talent to boost the investment.

The event also featured a seminar titled “Executive Viewpoints on Future Critical Capabilities for Success Perspectives of HR Strategy x YOU as a Talent!”. Speakers to the seminar were drawn from leading organizations including SCG HR Solutions, Charoen Pokphand Foods, Bank of Ayudhya, GlaxoSmithKline Thailand and NXPO.

Dr. Kitipong discussed challenges and opportunities in HR management currently faced by corporates and industry. The multi-stage life is now taking over the three-stage life, allowing people to study and work at the same time, or participate in upskilling and reskilling programs to expand their career choices.

Dr. Kitipong further explained that BrighterBee Talent Solution will support future skillset development benefiting the manufacturing and service sectors. Not only does it introduce change in education, but the platform also helps students to gain insights into the need of industry, learn about their strengths and weaknesses for further development and job matching. Credit bank feature will soon be added to the platform.

Ms. Pensuda Laosiripojana described three target groups of the platform being academic institutions, students & general public, and corporates. The platform allows talent to explore career opportunity, learn about competencies required for each job, perform competency assessment and improvement, and facilitate job application.
