On 20 February 2026, Mr. Surasak Phancharoenworakul, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), presided over the meeting of NXPO Executive Board. Dr. Surachai Sathitkunarat, President of NXPO, served as a committee member and secretary to the Board.

During the meeting, the Board reviewed and approved NXPO’s Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2025. The report highlights NXPO’s achievements in advancing national higher education, science, research and innovation policies to strengthen Thailand’s sustainable competitiveness. The Annual Report is structured into five key sections: 1) Performance of the National Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Policy Council; 2) Key policy initiatives undertaken in 2025; 3) Policy directions for 2026; 4) Organizational development, including the strengthening of policy networks and the transition toward Organization 4.0; and 5) The annual financial report.
