NXPO participated in Sustrends 2026, organized by The Cloud in collaboration with UNDP, the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, UN ESCAP, The World Bank, Global Compact Network Thailand, Mae Fah Luang Foundation under Royal Patronage, Green World Foundation, and more than 20 sustainability organizations. The event was held on 27 August 2025 at the Benchakitti Forest Park Museum.

At its exhibition, NXPO highlighted the plant-rich diet as a catalyst for sustainable transformation in Thailand’s food system. The showcase featured product innovations while also promoting awareness of the benefits and importance of plant-based foods. A wide range of Thai plant-based raw materials and products were displayed, underscoring the sector’s diversity and potential. Information on the advantages of plant-rich diets was provided, along with an interactive activity that invited visitors to share their views—offering valuable insights for future initiatives.

NXPO also introduced its project, “Accelerating Thailand’s Protein Transition: Advancing Plant-Rich Diets for a Sustainable Future (2025–2027),” which advances change through three strategic areas: 1) Establishing a buyer-supplier network in the plant-rich food system, targeting at least 30 participants, 2) Driving policy action in collaboration with 20 government agencies, with the aim of launching at least one initiative that supports plant-rich food system development, and 3) Buidling food system change agents through a short course for 15 key individuals from diverse professions—nutritionists, chefs, influencers, lecturers, and wellness entrepreneurs—who will help disseminate knowledge and best practices across society.

The transition to a sustainable food system calls for collaboration across all sectors. NXPO’s efforts go beyond product innovation to foster an enabling ecosystem for plant-rich diets—from upstream to downstream—ultimately strengthening food security and improving quality of life.
