Self-driving system&nbsp;will become a crucial element to be integrated into electric vehicles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"593\" height=\"195\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.nxpo.or.th\/th\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image.png\" alt=\"A picture containing graphical user interface\n\nDescription automatically generated\" class=\"wp-image-7088 lazyload\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.nxpo.or.th\/th\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image.png 593w, https:\/\/www.nxpo.or.th\/th\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-300x99.png 300w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 593px) 100vw, 593px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 593px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 593\/195;\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To respond to these trends, NXPO has&nbsp;released&nbsp;a white paper on modern transport technology in September 2020. The white paper recommended that a clear goal be set so that Thai industry \u2013 automobile, energy and related industry \u2013 can prepare for the change and disruption. Such goal can be setting the target for 100% of new cars registered in Thailand in 2035 to be zero-emission vehicles&nbsp;(ZEV), for instance.
