{"id":6676,"date":"2021-01-06T13:39:41","date_gmt":"2021-01-06T06:39:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nxpo.or.th\/th\/?p=6676"},"modified":"2021-01-06T13:39:44","modified_gmt":"2021-01-06T06:39:44","slug":"draft-thai-bayh-dole-act-approved-by-the-cabinet-and-expected-to-take-effect-in-3-months","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nxpo.or.th\/th\/en\/6676\/","title":{"rendered":"Draft Thai Bayh Dole Act approved by the Cabinet and expected to take effect in 3 months"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At the meeting held on 22 December 2020, the&nbsp;cabinet has approved the draft Thai Bayh Dole Act&nbsp;and further&nbsp;suggested that the draft bill be&nbsp;considered according to&nbsp;the national reform&nbsp;plans and procedures, particularly&nbsp;under the economic reform section. Following the cabinet approval, the draft act will proceed to&nbsp;the joint committee comprising members of the&nbsp;House of Representatives and the Senate for the approval, after which&nbsp;it will take effect.
