NXPO recently took part in Job Expo Thailand 2025, held from 6\u20138 June 2025 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. The event aimed to promote employment and create job opportunities by connecting employers with talent. Activities included job recruitment by companies from across the country, overseas employment services, demonstrations and workshops for freelancers, labor market trend updates, and career guidance services provided by both public and private sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n

As part of the event, Professor Dr. Surin Khomfoi, Vice President of NXPO, delivered a presentation on Thailand\u2019s labor market demands and the development of a highly skilled workforce tailored to industry needs. The session offered an overview of the current labor market landscape, insights from a study on the demand for high-skilled professionals in targeted industries for 2025\u20132029, and discussed the higher education system\u2019s paradigm shift in response to global and national trends. It also highlighted key initiatives led by MHESI to strengthen workforce development, notably the STEMPlus Platform \u2014 an important mechanism connecting labor market demand with workforce supply. Key features include job postings, skill development programs supported by the Thailand Plus Package, an online job application system, a Future Skills Set database, and tailored workforce development projects for target industries.<\/p>\n\n\n
