The session was part of a seminar hosted by Mahasarakham University to review its development plan, attended by over 90 university executives and staff, including Assoc. Alongside reviewing the university\u2019s development plan, the event aimed to strengthen participants\u2019 understanding of the University Holding Company (UHC) model and provide a platform for idea exchange to shape strategies and policies that support institutional excellence and long-term sustainability. In addition to the NXPO lecture, the program featured a case study on Chulalongkorn University\u2019s holding company and a group exercise to develop pathways and action plans for establishing Mahasarakham University\u2019s own UHC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The UHC initiative is a strategic policy supported by NXPO to promote public-private investment partnerships and drive the commercialization of research and innovation outcomes.
