According to a recent survey, content-related businesses provide income to nearly 9 million Thais, generating an economic value of no less than 45 billion THB. With the rise of digital platforms and emerging technologies, content creators have become a vital workforce, monetizing their content in various formats. This shift has opened new career opportunities, offering greater flexibility suited to modern lifestyles.<\/p>\n\n\n

Prof. Dr. Sakulsri Srisaracam, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and the project lead, noted that the creator economy requires a well-structured system encompassing the entire value chain\u2014from content development to revenue generation and intellectual property management. This project aims to analyze the value chain and ecosystem to identify policy gaps and develop targeted support mechanisms for Thailand. A combination of system research and entrepreneurial skill development is crucial to ensuring that Thai creators can establish sustainable businesses and play a pivotal role in the creative economy. This, in turn, will contribute to a more diversified and creator-driven economic landscape in Thailand.<\/p>\n\n\n

Additionally, entrepreneurship skills are critical in helping creators navigate setbacks and develop strategies for long-term success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the closing session, Dr. Sakulsri announced that the Thai Creator for Real Business Workshop will be held in three provinces: Khon Kaen (31 May \u2013 1 June), Phitsanulok (7-8 June), and Bangkok (14-15 June.
