Moreover, foresight acts as the government&#8217;s neocortex, serving as the hub for contemplation and reflection on challenging issues. This fosters wisdom and equips governments to navigate uncertain terrain with resilience and adaptability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annually, Dr. Surachai Sathitikunarat, representing APEC CTF, shares his foresight expertise at an event aimed at disseminating insights into the utilization of foresight in policy and project formulation.
