It aims to equip policy officers with tools to promote human capital and startups development, facilitate the exchange of insights among network members, and share best practices from each country. It featured presentations by notable experts, including: 1) \u201cBuilding Innovation Ecosystems\u201d by Dr. Pun-Arj Chairatana, Former Executive Director of National Innovation Agency (NIA), 2) \u201cTalent Mobility for STI\u201d by Assist. Prof. Dr. Poolsak Koseeyaporn, NXPO Vice President, and 3) \u201cBoosting Innovation Networks \u2013 Scale-up ASEAN: Coach, Cash, Connect\u201d by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Natcha Thawesaengskulthai, Global Chief Innovation Officer of Chulalongkorn University.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"428\"
